Model Artist release Agreement

For and in consideration of my engagement as a model and in consideration of the sum of $..................... as full and complete Consideration:

I hereby give the photographer, his representatives, agents and assigns those acting upon his authority, those for whom he is acting and those acting with his permission, and their respective agents and  employee's and any publisher who may hereafter publish the photographs (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Users") the absolute right and permission to copyright, use, reuse, publish, republish, retouch, alter or distort, exhibit, display, print and reprint in advertising material, motion pictures, magazines, books, the Internet, or other media, and for any other purposes,

The photographs, negatives, color transparencies, scans, files, prints, of every kind and nature, illustrations, portraits, made from the photographs, picture, designs, paintings and drawings of every kind and nature (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Photographs") heretofore taken, or taken this day, or here after taken by the photographer and for which I have acted as a model, including, without limitation, in any media in the U.S.A. or any other country, reproductions thereof of which I may be included in whole or part. The failure of the photographer to pay for such use shall not be deemed a failure of consideration by any other Users.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Photographs, or the editorial or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used by the Users in conjunction there with, and further waive any claim that I may have to the eventual use to which it may be applied.  Such Photographs may be used in the sole discretion of the Users, with my name or a fictitious name, and with fictitious or accurate biographical material.

I hereby warrant that I am not bound by contact or otherwise to any other magazine or studio and release, discharge and agree to save harmless the Users from and against any and all liability in connection with the use of such Photographs, even should the same subject me to ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn or indignity, and from any liability as a result of any distortion, blurring or alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur to be produced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the finished product, or its publication or distribution.

I hereby represent that I am over the age of 18 years and have read the authorization and release prior to its execution.  I have not been induced to sign the same, other than by the recited considerations, by any representation or statement made by the Photographer or his agents, employees, or any one acting on his behalf.
